Early Life:
At the age of four, Sara appeared in a TV advertisement. She was one of the brightest students at her school in Mumbai and later moved to New York for further studies.

Initially, she wanted to become a lawyer or a doctor. However, in her second year of college, she changed her mind and decided to pursue acting. Her parents, though supportive, insisted she complete her studies first.
At that time, she weighed around 95–96 kg and was struggling with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), also known as Polycystic Ovary Disease (PCOD). Her weight gain was a result of the condition as well as her eating habits.

Determined to enter Bollywood, she committed to a strict diet and regular workouts, eventually shedding almost 40 kg.
For those unfamiliar, PCOD is a condition that affects a woman’s hormones, leading to various health issues, including weight fluctuations.
Actress Sara Ali’s Acting Career:
At the age of 23, Sara Ali Khan made her Bollywood debut with the movie “Kedarnath”. She played the role of Mandakini (Mukku), a young woman from Kedarnath who falls in love with Mansoor, played by the late Sushant Singh Rajput.

Her performance in “Kedarnath” was widely praised by both critics and audiences, earning her the Filmfare Award for Best Debut (Female).
Sara then appeared in Rohit Shetty’s “Simmba”, starring alongside Ranveer Singh as Shagun Sathe. In the film, she played a character associated with a catering business, while Ranveer portrayed a cop.

She later starred opposite Kartik Aaryan in Imtiaz Ali’s sequel to “Love Aaj Kal”, which was released on February 14, 2020.

In 2023, she appeared in “Gaslight,” portraying Meesha, a young woman returning to her ancestral home under mysterious circumstances.
Following that, she starred alongside Vicky Kaushal in the romantic comedy “Zara Hatke Zara Bachke,” which hit theaters on June 2, 2023.
Additionally, she made a special appearance in Karan Johar’s “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani,” released on July 28, 2023
Transitioning into 2024, Sara took on the role of Bambi Todi in “Murder Mubarak,” a mystery thriller directed by Homi Adajania. Shortly after, she portrayed Usha Mehta in “Ae Watan Mere Watan”.
